Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).
PAYMENT
Possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged to the customer. If the customer is charged transaction fees by their bank, Zonen van Thor will not refund these charges.
BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
During the checkout step "payment" – please select the option "card".
We accept the following credit cards and debit cards:

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
Please select "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically.
If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment.
Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.
PAYMENT BY IDEAL
Please select "iDeal" as your payment method. iDEAL is based on internet banking: You pay in the online payment environment of your own bank.
Payment is made immediately.
Refunds from returns will be booked onto the bank account which was used to pay the original order.
WASH & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
WASH GENTLY
Fill a clean sink or tub with cold water and a small amount of mild liquid detergent (for example baby shampoo). Soak the garment for 3 to 5 minutes, gently squeezing the suds through the garment. Avoid twisting, wringing, scrubbing, or otherwise agitating, as this will cause felting. Rinse the garment twice in clean, cold water and gently squeeze out the excess water.
Cashmere can be dry-cleaned, although please be aware that the super-soft feeling will not be as noticeable due to the chemicals used during the process.
DRY FLAT
Lay the garment between two towels, roll up the towels and press down a few times to make sure the towel soaks up any additional excess water. Place the garment on a dry towel or sweater rack and reshape (do not hang to dry). Let it dry away from sunlight and direct heat. If the garment is wrinkled after drying, you can steam it (very) lightly with an iron.
Wool garments will not survive the tumble-dryer – do not try!
STASH SAFELY
Wool clothing can last for decades, but its greatest enemies are moths and other pests that cause damage during storage. If you need to put your sweater away, give it a good clean first following the instructions above. Store your folded sweater in the origanal box together with the cedarwood balls. The cedarball scent will last up to 6 months and can be sanded lightly to renew the aroma.
